I used these when I lived in the US.

http://www.cheapcycleparts.com/

Parts numbers:

2x 96100-60030-10
2x 91258-hb3-003
1x 91071-mt7-003

That includes all new seals and bearings you need :peace:

getting them out is a pain in the ass , the ball type bearings come out fairly easy just remove the clip and tap them out with a long drift or driver from the otherside , the roller type bearing is a pain , i used a small cutting disc on a dremmel to carfully cut the case then tapped it out with a long drift from the opposite end.

You can get them from any bearing supplier I have a set in my tool box if you want me to get you the code off them.
Then just ask for the a bearing with the code at your local bearing suppliers
