Anyone be fit to advise me on what gearing to run on track for a FZR 400RR..
Its for Kirkistown in northern Ireland but cant find any info on what to run.
Even if I could get a idea what to try it would be great//

14/46 on standard rr box is pretty good for track stuff. don't know kirkstown so not sure how long/short the straights are.
