decisions, bought another bike

So I bought another NC on a whim, I still have my N model type 7.
New bike is an 89 K model import in RWB. very clean, few marks but looks well cared for, std other than a renegrade can, no issue with that other than the stock ones looks like it's been welded by a blind monkey with a stick welder.
I bought it to sell on really, now i'm thinking i'll keep it and sell the type 7. Only the type 7 is std, other than an ART can, ohlins shock (which I'd keep), RO fork kit, CF top yoke cover and a tank pad. I've done a lot of work to the Type 7 since I got it in March. Checked all the bearings, rebuilt forks and powder coated lowers, all bearings checked, fairings tidied, C&S kit etc etc
The type 7 owes me probably 50 hrs too! The RWB one about 2 hrs in total! However I'm interested in perceived values of the bikes, both taxed and MOTd. The RWB has 4 owners since import in 1996.
If I kept the RWB I'd probably factor in a better set of forks, as I'd fit the Ohlins from the type 7.
Any views appreciated. One will be for sale for definite!

type 7 28k km
RWB 47k km, though it's got a geared MPH converter. There's a couple of largish bills from honda for valve clearances and something else, about £300 each bill. It runs sweet. had a new alternator (electrex?) and rectifier too.
I've been over the chassis on the Type 7 with a fine tooth comb and i'm happy with it. The RWB looks like it's seen very little wet use tho, so don't foresell issues. Would want to sort the forks

there's a few marks, been dropped both side's like the type 7, but you'd need to look close to see. I reckon it could be blown in to cover the damage easy enough.
keeping both isn't an option really if it's only a colour difference!

I love the type 7 it's a great scheme I have a mint one. And it would be a shame to get rid of a bike you know so well for a bike you don't.

Having said that the rwb is very nice, I have one of them also ;-)

Keep both I say!!

Even though it has higher mileage i would keep the rwb one and sell the type 7 one minus its goodies.

the rwb bike looks unmolested original bar ends footrests plastic plug on rear wheel even still has rubber cover on tank breather etc looks like a possibly cared for bike . whats under the panels if as good then swap the goodies from the other bike forks ohlins etc then sell the red one if you must . tough decision i feel your pain.

thanks guys. only issue on the RWB really is the forks, am i right in thinking the only difference between a K and later imports is the forks, rear shock (k is non remote res IIRC) and the smaller indicators?
Both bikes have the plastic bungs for rear wheel and top yolk!
As much as I like the RWB i like the black and red too!

I would stick with the RWB. then do the usual refresh during the winter.
