Just a few things i could do with knowing before i take it......please :)
1st: Dipped beam isn't working, is this compulsory?
2nd: Will this plate be acceptable?
3rd: One of the fairing to frame brackets is missing, its sturdy enough, what do you think?
4th: The clock is in kilometers, with horrible white stickers for the mph transpose, whats the crack with this?
Heres a few pics of her, if you can see anything else that would cause a failure, advise will wisely be taken.

Thanks Sam

YES
2nd: Will this plate be acceptable?
YES, if the tester isn't a complete arse.

Fine. I've taken bikes for MOT with panels near falling off, just held on with gaffer tape.
4th: The clock is in kilometers, with horrible white stickers for the mph transpose, whats the crack with this?
As long as it has an MPH indication, it doesn't matter - they don't check the speedo works anyway.
Oh, one other thing. If your bike still has running lights connected, I'd disconnect them (for some reason every MOT tester I've come across views them with scorn).
Oh, and another thing - your bike won't have a sidelight bulb in the headlight. If they try to fail you on this, point out that it's an import and was never fitted with one so it doesn't have to have one. As long as the rear sidelight works, that's all that matters.

That looks quite nice in the Urban Tiger scheme

Shame about the drop damage.
BTW, is that your missus in the pic? She looks vaguely familiar, are you on any other forums?
In fact, where are you based? Did you just buy the first one off eBay? That tank looks like it could be off my old NC24, I've never seen another in those colours.

In fact, I'm pretty sure that you've got half of my old NC24 on that bike, the registration looks very familiar to the one he already had.
Mine was E270 PCW
This is the only pic I can find at the mo, from the previous owner's blog.

The drop damage is from where the last tit who had it decided the best thing to fill a hole in a fuel tank was with exhaust paste! Of course it soaked through and burned the plastic.
Yes thats the missus, she's on 206info forum, and im on sv650.org, a clio forum and 2 starlet forums.......wow i should probably get out more!

I bought it without the side panels. Those Repsol ones are part of a load of stuff I got from a guy in London. I got the blue pillion pad from a guy on here I think, it was mint. Did you get the day-glow orange screen too? Oh, and the dark red tail piece had alu plate instead of mesh.

That's the wrong reg number bud. It should be E270, not E870. Unless he had a third bike I didn't know about
