Exhaust... stainless from ebay?

Just bought the headers off Ebay, brand new stainless ones as my originals are in a bad shape.

Mounted in OK, exhaust gaskets in OK, still using stock pipe.

Weird noise. Almost as if someone is blowing over an empty beer bottle sometimes.
Gutless / No power at all in half the gears at low RPM say 3-9k RPM the power of the bike jumps around a lot.

As well as this while riding on the torque at say 15-30mph the engine judders a lot.

Cleaned, re gapped spark plugs, charged battery sorted out my awful problem in starting the bike
However today ( fair enough its 1C) the 4th cylinder/right hand) didn't start for a long time. Is this because, with the lean of the stand, and that im already on a hill, the bike is leaning towards the left even more, there is no oil in that area of the engine, and it has kind of dried up?

I have a video you can listen to!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKZ7rDGk6gc

Yes, I did fall off and crash the bike after this happened in the snow.
I can't afford a car, however I did get pretty far/ good riding in the snowy roads on Saturday -

if you watch the next video on my channel you would see the crash on video.

You did fit new exhaust gaskets and pull out the old ones?
