I need some advise on the best way of going about this. I was thinkin shot blasting and powder coating to the original colour black (correct me if im wrong). any advice appreciated!!

Pj1 high temp exhaust paint is the dogs danglies but you had better be quick getting hold of the stuff as its becoming rare due to the additives that are in the paint

Blast it then spray paint with VHT or engine enamel (or anything thats capable of dealing with the high temperatures that the exhaust will be under) thats what i did, comes up a treat and look real nice, just like a new un.

Right gone at it with a wire wheel on a drill and its come up alot better than i expected! I think with a bit of autosol it will look mint! Now to decide wether to paint it or keep it as it is. Cant decide what will look best?!?!

Re: Exhaust refurb.
Just a quik update if anyones interested. Just got the exhaust back from the sand blasters. The exhaust has come up good ready for the first coat of paint. Found somewhere local who provides high temp paint (upto 600 degrees celicius) thinks its about £7 odd + vat. Ive gone for satin black. Il try and get some pics of the finished product. Hopefully will look half decent!!
