okay, i took out my front spark plug and at the front part right under the electrode it was all covered in small stones and some oil/fuel....ive never had this problem before. maybe thats whats causing my bike ti slowly cut out after 20 minutes? i took all my plugs out and only one of them had it... i was just about to install m new plugs, BUT now im worried.....? help please.

You need to get a good look inside the motor matey... You should not have anything like that anywhere near your cylinders, pistons and sparkplugs...

the others are fine... the rear ones are just perfectly normal and clean... the other front was also clean...its only this one thats like this... aw man taking the heads out is a paint in the fucking ass -,- especially the front ones!!!!!!!!

id just give it a good blast with the airline

no, right this is what i did..... i took my current plugs out.. gas heated them and they were clean like brand new.. put them in.. the bike started no problem... it ran for 20 minutes and then cut off... that was about 5 days ago... okay so today, i took my plugs out cause my new plugs arrived...but now ive noticed the dirt, stone, metal on my old plugs.. i dicided not to put the new plugs in yet....

but if you've cleaned them and that's what's on them now, something truly doesn't add up mate,

when you put a plug in its hole (Properly) there's no room for metal, dirt, grit etc etc to get in or out,

so you've either fitted them LOOSE causing said problems, and meaning that the HT lead was also loose allowing shit to get into the spark plug housing, all the winter shit from the front end of the bike and RAD has made its way in there,

i am only guessing, but if you've cleaned them and that's how they've come out you either did a shit job, or didn't put them in right,

ive not read all your problem posts but i gather from what ive seen, heard and read that if your mechanical skills haven't improved by owning an nc30 now you should really be getting someone else (professional) on the job, before you make a huge bill for yourself or even worse kill yourself by not tightening a critical part etc,

NC's are simple things but everything you do, you need to do right and do it once,

im not having a dig mate but sometime you need to ask your self whether the bike is at fault or the person wielding the tools.
