my trusty nc29 track bike which i have owed for 10 years is getting a little tired now.The engine has hrc ram air,hrc cdi, total loss ignition system, kent cams, ported head, the exhaust is a full ethos system and is fitted with a large oversize radiator. When it was first build and dynoed it produced 66bhp.I want to keep the bike as i have spent a small fortune on it. I want to refresh the motor and i am thinking about doing it with a 444cc kit.Any advice regarding going this way would be appreciated....cost,realiability,bhp expected, torque expected, max revs, jetting, etc, etc.Anyboby used this kit?Is it worth it or should i just refresh standard capacity

Personally, I'd pick up a second hand lump, fit that and re-con the old one at my leisure :peace:

Your bike sounds in the same sort of tune as mine, if I were you I would get a rehone RVF pistons then get myself some flatsides.
The 444 kids are prone to go pop a lot, unless you can go the whole hog and fit Carrillo rods and the whole shibang but then you are looking at £1000s
