I personally wouldn't pay that for it regardless of the condition. Why? Because I hate that colour scheme, it's not standard or original to the era of the bike. But, it's still a very nice and clean bike and someone will want it.
However, it's only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it

Rob, sorry mate its the paint i bet that's not getting any bites, location doesn't help much either (ex ruthin)
Problem is, the vast majority of high end priced NC buyers are looking for original paint, the younger new biker who likes the paint job is possibly more likely to go for a R6 or SRAD which is faster / newer.
i reckon in my opinion if priced at £1300 it would sell.
however its a bit early yet, so take no notice of my thoughts

as Paul says, origainal paintwork is more sought after, especially if it's in that price range

Having said that, would you be surprised to hear that I've seen a couple of NC24s sell on eBay for over £1000?
Not minters either

Thanks guys.
I understand what you are saying but the bike is as good as a two year old one & the paint job is as good as factory if not better. Yes I know the prices are up & down like a yoyo or you know what. But as I say I have put ono so if somebody likes it they can allways send me an offer.
Thanks.
Rob.

It's ebay... bidders get into bidding wars and carried away, people who dont' know much and that they are not an NC30 buy them as they think they are a really cheap NC30
And some sellers are just chancers.
I wouldn't pay more than 650 for a decent NC24 and more than about 1300 for a decent VFR.
Mint examples would be higher.
for ex. (anyone got money?) Theres an 89 type 1 NC30 (original colors) over here forsale, 4000km on the clock, compleltely flawless, toolkit, books and everything, like it just left the factory, and thats only 3000.

For what it's worth I actually saw your bike on here and eBay, I've been looking for a 'nice' NC30 for a while. I'd make you an offer but as an earlier post said its too far away. I have 'issues' and cannot ride very far (you're about 4 hours away). The bike looks nice to me though!

Thanks.
You could allways hire a van with a tail lift. Don't know how much they are around were you are but their about £45.00 to hire plus youre time & fuel here, their is allways another route is to come & have a look & get a delivery person to pick it up but they are around £100. I mite nock something off to help you with these costs.
I would ride it down for you but likewise I cannot ride very far either.
Thank you.
Rob.
