3TJ Rear brake caliper seized

I just got my 3TJ MOTd and had an advisory for the rear pads starting to separate from the backing plates.

So anyway, I took it apart last night but the pistons are well stiff, so want to replace/rebuild the caliper.

Has anyone got a spare caliper knocking about in reasonable condition. I don't mind stripping a caliper but I'm short of time so don't want the bike off the road while I find half an hour here and there to do it (it will probably take me a week and typically I will miss an opportunity to ride it if it's in bits)

Cheers.

you never know, if you take the pads out and give to pistons a good going over with a toothbrush and break cleaner it goes a long way, then teasing the pistons in and out will free it up

then get some red brake grease on them and it will probably live again. 2 hours tops

Oh and a battery powerred toothbrush is good for this ... get one at a pound shop

Yeah, I've got all that stuff and the red greae but want a spare caliper too. I've got a baby see and me and the missus both have to work too. No chance of getting 2 hours in the garage in the same week. Half hour tops twice a week if I'm lucky at the moment then "waaa waaa" and that's me done.
