More to the point, who's the lucky bastard that afford to throw $400+ at something like that?

That top row of adaptors or whatever are exactly the same as the set that went with the flatslides I sold to cajun last year. Greggo got them made up I believe. There was an airbox as well, Greg sold that to another guy, who sold it to another guy. I know of him, could prolly contact him - should see if he'll let you make a mould of it, selexon. PM me your phone number if you want to chat about it.

Call Mega Ken at MegaCycle Engineering in Melbourne. There was a guy who used to make the airboxes, not sure if he still does.

Matt

I have 2 airboxes. HRC Copies.

I believe they were designed for the CV carbs. I now run flatslides without an airbox. Are the airboxes suitable for both styles of carbs? (apart from the spacing of the velocity stacks)

I can afford to loan one out if required... Maybe sell?

Pretty sure the flatslides require a different airbox. I have copies of both, will compare them next time I'm where they're stored, but just off the top of my head I can see that the base is different, as the CV carbs have the cable in the middle, whereas the slides have it at the side.

Do you have an HRC CDI, or a lanyard kill switch? I ran flatslides on my NC29 without an airbox, and would get a fair amount of shit down there when I crashed. If the bike doesn't have tip over sensor or lanyard, it's going to keep sucking that shit in if you crash.

Cheers,

David

Good point with sucking crap IF the bike goes down. Lucky I wont be crashing this year :)
