you have to do some grinding of bits and things.

The 17" rear isn't recomended for a 1wg road bike as it gets expensive and upsets the handling. Spend the money on some grippy tyres like the Dunlop Alpha 10's or an R6 shock and fork spring upgrade.

we did this for our race bike however we bought the stuff off sum 1 who had already done it so we just had 2 bolt it in, 2 doit it involves different sized spacers for where it goes in 2 frame differenct sized spacers on the rear and also some engineering on the sproket carrier so it lines up with the front sprocket, spacers behind the footrest as the tj swinger is wider and the pegs fowl unless spaced out. then the tricky bit getting the right dog bone links for the suspension the best we have found so far are a set of sv650 links however i cant remember if they are the std sv or lowerin links 4 sv. it is a ball ache an a lot of work just for a road bike as evil says the alpha 10's are the best bet.
