So, i've got some rvf400 forks and i fancy a set of radial calipers. The question is will cbr600 radial fork bottoms screw onto rvf stantions???

Recalling back from my conversation with maxton, the fork stancions are bonded to the fork bottoms and the operation to seperate doesnt always work so I suggest you go down the route of a stem swap/modification for a full CBR6 front end.

Failing that grab yourself some Nissin CBR600RR3/SP1/Old blade calipers + CBR900 M/C and bolt them straight on for some huge braking power.

They can be seperated but it aint easy and weather the radial bottoms will fit i dont know. TBH i cant see the point, regular RR calipers or SP1 calipers are more than man enough to stand the NC on its nose. If you really must have radial tho just swap the complete forks in.

I've seen Tokico six pots from a K1/K2 GSXR on what look like RVF NC35 forks...

Yeah with some clunky suspect caliper adaptors from what I remember.
