Well after a frustrating search for a spark, just spent £2.96 on 40 capacitors, used a whole 4 of them in the igniter, put it on the bike - sparks (at the plugs

).
Well chuffed, fixed for under £3

Its a well known fix for the Bandit4, just dont try it on the 76a SP box (12 pin) as the inside of the box is full of rubber that is non removeable.

This is a 76a box, full of brown glue which was a right pain to get off!
Now got a spare 36 capacitors!

Ye the standard box is simply glued but the SP (12 pin) is completely filled with a black hard foam that cannot be removed. People say the bike has felt loads sharper and pulled better top end once the old caps have been changed.
Good to hear you got it fixed.
