Yeah, they've been mentioned a few times on here before, I believe Honda manufactured them up until the early 90's? Here's one in action:-

probably to show the instructors which brakes are being used, maybe a neutral light too. There was a snippet on something similar in PS Mag as I remember too

The bike in that video has the single sided swinger, the one in the broucheous dosn't.
Theres quite a few members on here who own 400K's that were brought over as grey imports without the training school gumph.
They do have nice high-rise handlebars though that can be fitted to the 21 / 24.
the lights are indeed control usage lights.
engine stall
front brake
rear brake
30/kmh +
etc

Honda also made a naked nc21 available to the public - the VFR400Z.

Yes theres two vfr400k's a white and a blue one but i recall them both having a standard swinger.
there could of course be other mashups about using whatever was available.
I think theres a few Z owners on here too! :O
Theres no real differences between any of them though.
