is this 2" outlet for the exhaust?

okay..im having a bit of trouble to wether this is a 2" outlet or a wee bit smaller....i only thought there was 2" and then 1"...i never knew there could be something in the middle.. im trying to sell this, to a member but hes looking for a 2" outlet...
