Product review - Rick O single seat unit

Just finished fitting my single seat unit from Rick O and thought I'd put in a word incase anyone is considering one.
I picked it up from Rick undrilled and unsanded (I'm impatient and was in the area) and have spent the last few days getting it sorted.
The top coat is plain gloss white, it was very tough, I have spent ages with some 240 wet and dry paper sanding away the ridge left by the mould, this is a good thing as I'm confident it won't chip if I'm a little kack handed near it.
I believe it's made from chopped strand fibreglass, it's great quality stuff, I found it only splintered slightly when I was a tit and used a slightly blunted bit. When I got my brand new bit it was totally fine, I did take it very easy and every hole was nice and clean. The holes I had to drill were the 6 panel screws, 2 seat bolt holes and the 2 rear light mounting holes, the rear light cut outs were already done for me.
I found that it was very very slightly twisted, but nothing to worry about, as the fibreglass is strong and thick (I'd wager 2.5mm+) yet suitably flexible so I was able to manipulate it enough to fit nicely even though I'm a 10st weed!
Definitely a quality product, I'm very happy, any defects were only through my own cock ups and would recommend anyone who was thinking about getting one go for it, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Thanks Rick!
