• RRSP 3TJ WITH JAPANESE FRAME NUMBER????

Has anyone else seen a 3tj with japanese symbols/writting as the frame number and not the conventional 3tj-000313 ect ect?

my brother owned an sp with a japenese frame number, not sure why they did this tbh, ive never seen another one like it.
