Welcome to the forum
You can get the rubbers from Fowlers of Bristol - you have to supply them with the frame number before they'll serve you, it's on the V5.
You might aso want to check if the fuel tap and lever aren't broken - if they are it's best to get them new too and also the little screw that holds the lever on. You have to remove the lever before taking the tank off, which how they break.
Check the EXUP is open / closing - take off the chrome cover, turn the ignition on and see if it moves. Check the cables haven't frayed low down.

Re: 33bhp restrictors
ah brilliant thanks for the reply will just have to wait for the log book coming through and hey have you seen the bike
im guessing the tap is a common thing when i took the tank off i thought it looked like there should be a tap in the hole.will check the valve when you switch it on a little servo moves the cables under the seat but its seen many bodges, the brakes didnt work at all i later found it had only been blead up on 1 side on the front
and someone has sprayed it red and used pin stripe and lecy tape to make their own stickers, then stuck some boy racer shop angel eyes and green leds in the fairing im sure there is a decent little bike under there somewhere,my lad isnt 17 for just over a year so plenty of time.

That sounds tasteful
The frame number is also .... on the frame
by the headstock
Before you ask all the engines have "1WG" on them.
