I had thought either Preditor Exhausts or Sandy Bike Spares would make some but after I checked they don't.

You could contact Sandy Bike Spares and see if they can copy your old pipes, they're similar to the FZR600 but the height from exhaust port to collector is different, the 600 would hang lower on your bike and burn the body work.

I've got an answer from SBS
Hello Boris,

Thankyou for the enquiry,

We get asked for these often, and it is something that is in the pipeline, hopefully we will start development on them later on in the year.

Best regards, SBS LTD.
I'll copy them a link to this thread

thanks alot, ill have to make do and weld mine for now if they might only be developing them later in the year. If we could get some interest for some 1wg pipes on here it might push things along a bit quicker.

I have a complete system that's been repaired. The headers have had sleeves welded on them at the top. The baffles are loose in the silencer but it's still as quiet as normal.
If you're interested make me an offer

There is a chap near me called OS Stainless that has made 1WG stainless headers in the past (I had a set). He should still have the jig.
Not sure if his contact details on the web are up to date I'll see if I can find a current contact and I'll post it up if there is any interest?

Just had a check and the website has been updated with current contact details!!
Try here http://www.osmc.co.uk/index.htm

That could be a good one to go for - you can ask them to replace the downpipes and weld the new ones onto the exup chamber.
