Emulsion tube replacement source?

Hi guys,
I finally got fed up and took my poorly running GK71B to a pro and had him tune it up and tell me what he found.
He definitely made it run better (ie I can use it to commute now) but it still has one symptom:
It runs well when cold - the initial 1/8 or less of throttle is well received and pretty smoothly accelerates from a stop, but once it warms up that initial application of gas seems to flood and the engine stumbles and i have to rev it to get going anywhere. The pro told me the emulsion tubes were ovalled and need replacing - does this sound right?

My next question is where to source replacement emulsion tubes for an 85 GK71B? The manual says carbs are AISAN AS 27VW. I live in New Zealand and have contacted Suzuki dealers here several times and they always say they are waiting to hear back from Japan.

Is there any where in UK/Europe I can source emulsion tubes for my bike?

Thanks

hey got kak news for you those parts are discontnued for years so you got 2 chooses one strip out a tube take to a reliable engineering shop and have reps made from brass remembering that the hole need be only 0.1-.0.2mm bigger than the needle next option is make a manifold up and fit differant carbs ive currently got a GL500 silverwing set using GSXR750K2 rubbers on custom made manifold and K&N filters my current jetting is 125 main with 40 primaries floats at 15mm she slightly rich on idle but runs well

one word of warrning bike tends to rev very quick into and pass redline
