FZR400RR 3TJ BLOWN INDICATOR RELAY - AGAIN !

CAN ANYONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AS TO WHY I HAVE BLOWN A SECOND INDICATOR RELAY IN AS MANY WEEKS ? ARE THEY MEANT TO " CLICK " QUITE LOUDLY ? BIKE RUNS FINE , INDICATORS WORK FINE THEN NOTHING - FUSES AREN`T EVEN BLOWING ? IS THIS A REGULATOR / RECTIFIER ISSUE ? ALL HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED - ELECTRICS IS A TABOO SUBJECT HERE !

You might have just fitted a sub standard flasher relay. Are you running aftermarket indicators ? sometimes they have a different resistance to the originals which causes the relay to flash flaster I don't think it would matter to the life of the relay though.
Doesn't sound like a reg rec because the voltage through the system would vary, that would blow fuses, bulbs etc.

You left your caps lock on - that's like SHOUTING on a forum.

if you do have replacement indicators they may well be a higher wattage than the standard fellows which are 12V-21W but remember it's times 4
so if you had, say, 12V-25W replacement lamps that's 4W times 4 = 16W more load i'm not sure but it may be enough to blow the flasher unit,
