Made up a 'HRC' style set of lockstops for the NC35 today

In hindsight should maybe have made the final folds the otherway round but nevermind.

That was the one and only bit of suitable aluminium I had[1].

I can give you the dimensions if you like, it's just a T piece with a few folds and one hole.

Still rather trickier than the SV lockstops I made earlier that day!

i driled and taped my lock stops and you can use a bolt to adjust the amount of movement you have in the steering, its best to use an allen head bolt, and its a lot easyer than having to make up a lock stop, and its adjustable.

I've got a NC30 set of yokes drilled and tapped that way.

I didn't want to drill these (NC35) as that weakens the stops.

The HRC manual says to do it this way although they made it in two parts and having tried to make it in one I see why, you have to bend it into place if you make it in one.

drilling the stops wont weaken them enough that they would break off as the bolt will give the stops there structual integrity back when fitted, but each to there own, i works for me.
