Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get an SP engine to work in a standard bike?

if its a road bike run it on non sp carbs and you will have better bottom end and mid range than a std sp.
It makes for a better road bike than a standard sp then

Are the sp carbs bigger than standard ones? & will I need to swap the carb rubbers to match? :?

sp carbs are 35mm not 33mm on the non sp.
unless you have the sp airbox, loom and cdi stick with the 33mm carbs and inlet rubbers.
