TYGA full system questions

Hey
Just installed a TYGA full system to my NC30 and have a couple of questions. Around the back of the bike, where the front and rear collectors join, the clearance seems really tight. This is mainly where the chain passes, the swingaram just behind the LHS rearset and on the RHS of the shock. Has anyone got any detail pics of a TYGA system installed so I can compare?
Lastly, the clamp around the silencer has a lot of play/slack in it. All previous aftermarket cans I have had on other bikes, clamp pretty snugly to the can, but this clamp has a 1cm gap behind it! Is this normal?
Cheers
Luke

Never had a TYGA system but ive had many others and with the tyga being a full system with lots of pieces i find the best way to fit them is loosely, then force the pipes where you want them and tighten them up. Sometimes a 2nd pair of hands helps if its being a pain.

Haha - I thought you had an Arrow system. After I saw the sticke on your bike, I looked around but couldn't find one.

I've already fitted it! No problems with getting the thing on- Just the amount of clearance that I have between the exhaust and the back of the bike. I guess it just is what it is.

Maybe but i found countless possitions that my TSR system would sit in depending on where i held the pipes when tightening them. Still had to trim the fairing panels tho.
TYGA systems should fit 100% tho given they've been making these systems for as long as i can remember, so does yours actually touch anywhere? or are you just worried it might?

mine runs real close to the shock an the chain rubs on the link pipe to end can. Will a bike having alot more rear ride height than standard make clearences tighter?? like wise running larger rear sprockets make the chain lower an therefore closer to rear link pipe???Any thoughts DM???, Yeah i thought tyga would have been a better fit

I have a full Tyga system and the clearance is tight with the chain. A properly adjusted chain should just clear or touch the pipe when on the sidestand. But once you sit on the bike and your chain stretches out, it should clear it no problem.
I don't have the issue with the can clamp though..

Two questions, can you use the radiator fan with the tyga system and how much do they cost?

Wow - Thanks Alex for taking so many pics.
Yep, mine looks identical to your setup! The system is installed correctly and I guess that is it. I have to admit that I can't try the bike under it's own weight/rider weight as it is up on stands at the moment. However from everything I can see, it all looks great!
Oh, and thanks for the tip with the clamp. I copied the OE setup and put a tab either side of the mount, whereas your suggestion will easily solve the issue.
Thanks all
Luke
