hi, does anyone know what the voltage should be out of each of the 3 phase wires form the generator (yellow ones) at the multiplug where it connects to the reg/rec

Hi, I don't know specifically for your bike but for the NC31 (Super Four) it should be at least 50V AC at approx 5000rpm.

I belive each phase (yellow wire) should have circa 65v @ 5000rpm between it and ground.

each one should be 50 volts at least...........if any are different or below this then the stator windings could be faulty.

Unplug each wire and check it to ground with the bike held at 5000rpm, should have around 50v.

Check all 3 though as it is very possible to burn out just 1 phase.
