fuel lines

Hi, I know I've been on here a lot recently asking for a lot of help but I swear the bike is almost mechanically perfect now. There is just 1 more problem.
I was getting shit in the carbs that wasn't coming from the o-rings as it had been previously so I replaced all the air and fuel lines for new ones. The new fuel lines are clear so I can see the fuel whizzing through
. Unfortunately the long fuel line that runs to the right hand side of the bike has a couple of enormous air bubbles in it that I can't seem to shift.
The bike seems to run fine but I have not taken her out yet, just had her running in the garage. Any ideas if this is a problem and if so suggestions on how to remedy.
As always thanks for any help and advice.
PS I have tried opening the drains on the bottom of the carbs, the fuel tap is fine (already had that apart) and I even used the compressor to preassurise the tank to force them out but none of this worked.
