Hi, I know I've been on here a lot recently asking for a lot of help but I swear the bike is almost mechanically perfect now. There is just 1 more problem.

I was getting shit in the carbs that wasn't coming from the o-rings as it had been previously so I replaced all the air and fuel lines for new ones. The new fuel lines are clear so I can see the fuel whizzing through . Unfortunately the long fuel line that runs to the right hand side of the bike has a couple of enormous air bubbles in it that I can't seem to shift.

The bike seems to run fine but I have not taken her out yet, just had her running in the garage. Any ideas if this is a problem and if so suggestions on how to remedy.

PS I have tried opening the drains on the bottom of the carbs, the fuel tap is fine (already had that apart) and I even used the compressor to preassurise the tank to force them out but none of this worked.

Just an update, I manually filled the lines and it was fine for a while but air is getting into the fuel lines somehow. I'm going to make a vent for the fuel lines to alleviate the problem. If anyone knows how to fix the problem properly I would be very interested to hear about it. If not I'll let you know how the vent goes.

Hi, If you had fitted black lines you wouldnt know about the air bubbles and would be riding the bike. You cannot stop the air bubbles they are ok. The floats are open to the air and as the floats fill and empty air will move up the line and this stops at a certain point due to the floats hitting full.
