Does anyone have a 3TJ manual available please?

I have this one - http://www.rampant-racing.com/FZR400SP_3TJ-ME1_91.pdf - but the quality is too low for my not-so-great eyes nowadays...

Anyone able to help with a cleaner one?

I tried there mate, most are a similar quality to the one I have or worse, and some of the links are dead unfortunately.

I think that's about what we're stuck with atm. I have a look every now and then at the shows I go to but I've seen anything

I have an original copy. If I get chance I'll scan it and put it into a zip file for mailing.

I've got a Yamaha workshop manual for the 400RR-SP if it is of any use? Drop me a pm with your address if you want it and I'll post out a CD.

i think everyone would appreciate that, as we all know the pdf links are pretty much all the same and all fairly eye mangling to read

Did you get the CD ok? No problems with sharing, host away I may need some help in the future myself so what goes around, etc..
