1WG Rear Caliper
Hi All,
right, i almost had the fzr ready for an unofficial test on 'closed roads'. All snagging done just rear brakes to bleed up, then it happened....
....bleed nipple straight off stuck in the socket
. Caliper off, head scratched, panic instilled.
Anyway, a mate of mine has the caliper to get it sorted hopefully
but i got to thinking is there anything else that will bolt straight on/almost straight on or is there anywhere to get a spare 1wg caliper?? eBay hasn't come up with any goods and i've read some stuff about the front caliper swaps but nothing much about rear caliper - any help would greatly be received.
cheers

Same thing happened on my son's 600 Diversion. We got round it by fitting a bleed bolt where the banjo bolt fits and blocking the hole left in the bleed nipple. Busters do bleed bolts for 9 quid i think. It's abanjo bolt with a bleed nipple on top. Hope you get it sorted

You can get the nipple spark erroded and then drop a thread tap down it.
The banjo bolt bleed is good and works but some old fluid will stay in the calpier it's so much of a problem in the rear brake

Hi Guys,
thanks for hte suggestions and help.
managed to source a new caliper from whitedogbikes. it all looked ok and bled up fine though there isnt much in the way of stopping power yet. There are some high/low spots but i expect a bit of a clean up and bed in will cure all.
cheers
