Underseat relay
Im having alot of trouble trying to get my new engine started. I have noticed that when the key is turned into on position there is a click from the relay under the seat, is this normal or should I look into this? Cheers

Re: Underseat relay
No havent had any luck at all. I have tried swapping coils, cdi, pickup coils and everything connected to the loom, stripped the loom down and checked each wire individually and no problems there, battery is new im just lost. Can someone please send me a pic of the wiring going into the cdi as I may have them round the wrong way. Wiring diagram was no help. Cheers

Re: Underseat relay
Have you changed the CDI at all.
From what i've experienced, there are 3 different CDI's for the 76, 1for the SP (single plug) and two different ones depending on your pickup. (Correct me if you know better!!!)
If you get desparate, come down and have a play with the ones i've got.
