Can i adjust the air/fuel mixture screws whilst the carbs at in-situ on the bike?

i assume you mean the pilot screws?

if so you will need a 300mm long flat blade screwdriver, and a torch. need upper and lower fairings off.

screwfix do a set of 3 wera for about £13.35
