Anyone got a GK76a cylinder head?

Hi,

Whilst at Mallory Park earlier in the year I lost compression on number 4 cylinder. Turns out the cam follower has broken and caused all sorts of mayhem with the valve and springs so I'm after a complete cylinder head. Can anyone help out?
