Would be cheaper to buy a set you like from somewhere like tyga & then get it anodised gold. ;)

What could screw me is if they are anodized clear...removing the clear anodize is not fun. I know what you mean..... im wondering how yellow the gold is color wise,,,,, anyone using these adjustable rear sets from ebay?

Forget the cheaply made copies (WAY overpriced IMO) and get some quality gear like these:

The adjustable cheap ones are shite.

They bend and break and generally you ge twhat you pay for..

Edit to add - those gold ones are just nasty. There are multiple versions of that design out there - some made fr cheese, some made from tin and maybe...just maybe, some made from something suitable for making into rearsets!!

I recall Diamond rearsets were the specific ones I've seen - crack in holes, bend and generally be crap.

WR battlesteps are the shizz..might treat my moto to some...

I have a pair for "cheap ones" And I have NEVER had any complaints about them. Mine did not bend or crack. Even had the bike down and the only thing that happened to the rearset was that the footrest became scuffed..

But of course, there could be different manufactures........... Not everyone is crap.

I'm with Cam, Mark and Malc on the (not always cheap) crap ones. A mate got some cheapo's for his blade and when he stood up on the pegs the near side hanger bent.
I'm sure if you peeled off the gold there'd be chocolate underneath.
If you get some with clear ano on them they should acid etch it off anyway before they do the gold.
The thing is to find some that aren't crap. If andreasmkr or someone else can vouch for a brand, that's the safest way.
The guys at Tyga might get you a set done in gold if you ask. Nice guys and nice pegs!
30 and 35 pegs are the same mounting it1bird.
