before you think badly stored as in deformed by poor storage, no way ! if you look closer at the top mounting hole from a top view you can actually see the whole moulding process is out... it could of been layed on its side with a 2kg book on it and it still wuld have this problem

I am here and present. Received your pm this afternoon and immediately sent reply back to you. Have you read this? I am not 24h online (like most people I do sleep, rest, chill and work etc.)
First of all I am really interested in this matter you have. I just cannot figure out why this genuine Coerce part doesn't fit on your bike. And that after a long period you know put this here.
Back in the days that few other members sourced and fitted this exact same Coerce carbon fender on their NC30's I had some plans with a project with my ex-NC30. I bought this one brand new all sourced from ebay seller maxmcdirect (parts shop called pacmax) who is still around on the fleabay with Coerce parts and other stuff directly from Japan. I have checked my bill and receipt and I do have even the original box where this Coerce carbon fender was packed in and shipped (document ship date 5 dec 2006 from Japan) by this seller.
This CF Coerce fender is never fitted on any bike when I offered it here on the forum, all together with all the other nice carbon bits and pieces (all brand new) except for the carbon heat shield (test fitted on the ex-NC30 and has few scratches due the righthandside WR step that scratch on it).
Back to what you have. I truly bought this brand new and as I mentioned before I never got around in putting it on the bike. Last year october I offered the whole lot of CF piece and loads more here. Most parts are new and a couple items were good used.
I did ask you earlier today, can you put some pics here so I (and other members who have experience with CF Coerce front fenders) can see where the problem lies? You only mention so far that it does not fit on your bike, not in between the forks...?
Last thing...there was good response on this fender when I offered it here last year. There was one member that wanted it desperately as his one on his NC30 was damaged heavily due to an crash/off, not sure after soo long time but this person happened to be you?

this is the lot of cf parts I offered last year including the brand new Coerce fender:
And here the comparison with a brand new tyga glassfiber NC35-shaped fender that also fits on the NC30 and I am told also the NC29...(this photo taken at the time when the Coerce fender arrived from Japan).

I have a coerce front fender brand new and it does take a bit of persuasion to get it in between the forks properly. You sure you got your mudguard brackets the right way around?? and the forks are straight??? And you have a NC30?
