Rear shock 76a

Post by oli_the_thread »

The rear end of my bike is very soft, which is no doubt not helped by the fact im 15 stone and realistically far too big for the bike, but I love it too much! The remote adjustment by the exhaust can is wound all the way in but its still a bit too soft really! Any other ways of stiffening the back end up? I notice the shock is threaded can I wind the spring down to stiffen it? or will that just raise the rear end?
Any help would be great
TIA

Diet!!! sorry, I used to be 15st, only 10.5 now. I recommend an gastric ulcer for massive weight loss :plus:  . Get some great pictures of your insides as well :Puke:

Or you could just uprate it with a heavier spring. There is a thread going on about this subject and K7 shocks just atm.
There are no secrets, you either know it or you don't.
