No,
unless rules have changed that is? i had a greenlaner, and i didnt have indicators or mirrors, or lights, and it got a DAY light only MOT, so i guess the same would apply for you Viffer, as you wouldnt be able to see you indications in the dark.

Had a daylight MOT for my race bike about 2 months back.
Things you must have,
Number plate
Rear red reflector
Horn
I have no lights, mirrors or speedo on mine. My exhaust also had not for road use stamped on it, but the inspector (very nice chap) said if i had a strip of duct tape round the end of the can he couldn't see it

, so would just put an advisory on the mot for loud pipe.
He said that if you have lights they have to work or its a fail.

An MOT inspector that knows what there doing always helps, I always stick with the same as they know everything :)
The one place I took my import too didn't even know you could put a bike through without a number plate, I said buggar this and waited for my local place to re-open :)

Thats very useful to know about the reg plate

i was like a headless chicken trying to get mine sorted as i had put it away and couldn't find it.
