NC21 downpipes

Hi all,
Does anyone know if an nc21 downpipe will fit an nc30 exhaust and engine?
It looks from the pics i can see that the 21 pipe is straight, rather than curved for the rad fan. is this right?

Wont fit.

Miles too short and will hit the lower rad
