Flooding problem

Hi Guys
I need a bit of help/advice. My nc29 keeps on flooding, all-the-time. This all started a few weeks ago. So I pulled the plugs and they were black and wet. I dried them and after an hour or 2 I dropped them back in and tried again. Well I got it going after a few minutes but the next morning the same thing happened. I also opened the carbs and noticed it was using 122 main jets
. Can that be the problem or do I need new plugs?
Thanks
