My 12 month GK76 project finished this week and on the road! total overhaul of carbs, inlet manifold o rings, wheel bearings, rear spindle bolt, gear shift link, fork seals, clutch, c&s gold x ring chain and various other new parts, replaced as many old bolts for new, new bt090's and generally took everything apart and cleaned every thing i could with toothbrushes, ha! and of course total respray. i bought the bike for £350 with twenty two thousand km's on the clock, its a 1990 and spent approx £1700 doing it. its not worth what i've spent but its worth twice as much to me.

I think you can get shocks in Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, and I've also seen White and Green but very odd

depends on what you want to spend and if its road only or track use or both

for under 300 you could get a hagon shock. More than adequate for road use and far superior than the std shock. Penske is another option but nearly double the money and no better for road use. Or you could swap to a k series rear shock. But needs a few mods to fit
