They be D-ring Dzus fasteners. The rings are tight and don't flap about - if it's good enough for an RC, it's good enough for an NC

Nice rims, shame about the colour and even more of a shame that they don't come with the bike!

Can anyone find the other bikes this guy is selling? They sound interesting.
