Speedo fault,

Morning guys,

I have a nc30, the speedo works as far as reading the spped goes and the last digit goes around but the other numbers dont move for total KMH covered, any ideas please,as this site has been a great help so far,

Which numbers don't move, I can't make it out from your description.

You have the odometer that records your total mileage and your tripometer which you can reset by turning a wheel on the side of the clocks.

Both of these are driven by a series of tiny gears.

If somethings not turning properly there are a couple of common reasons.

Broken / worn out clock,
clock mileage been tampered with

You can get the clock apart to have a look at it, see if you can fix it but often there cheaper to replace

Hi,

its the last digit at the end of the total mileage covered, the trip is working.

It's driven by a series of plastic gears, your only option is to take the clock apart and have a look and see why it isn't working, you might have some dirt trapping the gears.
