NC35 Fuel leak / flooding

Hello guys,
Went to take the 35 out this morning in sunny Dorset, but found she was leaking fuel from the bottom of the fairing. On strip and closer inspection, I found it was coming from the two sort of overflow pipes which link left and right carbs together and seems to be at higher revs, not tickover. I am about to take the carbs out and give them an inspect and clean, but was wondering if there is anything obvious I should be looking for. Its a stock 94 NC35 with 1800 miles on her.
Thanks Guys, Hammy.

Itis going to be stuck float valves I'd reckon. Clean and set the float heights and you should be sorted..

Thanks I'll dig the valves out and take a look. Don't suppose the NC 30 float valve are the same are they? Just that there's a new set on flea-bay for £12. Cheers, Hammy.

I think they're different, a quick scan of the part numbers should verify that.

Check your carbs for the culprit before buying anything, there could be several different reasons why it's doing this. I've seen holes in floats from more than 1 set of carbs, I have no idea how this can happen but it does!
