Guys, I have race engine
- ported intakes,
- Kent Kams
- K&N airfilter and stock airbox
- HRC exhaust full system with TYGA maggot

- KENSO BAKUDAN jet kit (stage 2 - 126 main jet and needles)

The engine runs good, but looks like I can't set up carbs properly. So, could you advice:

- how many turns for pilot screw?
- do I need to increase holes from 2mm to 2.5mm on vacuum slidy ?
- what I also need to do?

Because to start the bike I need to use choke. And sometime is stop on idling.

PS: Sorry for my english.

KENSO BAKUDAN jet kit
What are your pilot settings at the moment?
With such an oddball jet kit and the amount of tuning you've had, I think your probably on your own mate.
Maybe you should consider going to Factory Pro or Dynojet as its a bit more conventional.
