Good one, I used these press releases before as a basis for any poster that asks a question on the nc29 history as Im sure they must right. It also explains why my 94 model was actually sold on Dec 31st 1993 according to some paper I got with the bike, suppose it may have been someones crimbo type of present in Japan . One thing the 400 timeline shows is that the NC29 ceased sometime in 2000, what I cant find out is if they were just running stock down or they actually just stopped production runs at that time. The latest NC29s I have seen are T reg, not seen any younger.

Yeah I came across these while trying to find out a bit more about the 400 TTF3 race series in japan (havent had much luck with that).

I assume they must be correct as they are press releases, not sure about the date they stopped production but the info must be on the honda site somewhere as they seem to have alot.

The CBR400F formula 3 version looks sweet!

Not relaunching only - I like to see something never with fuel injection, good suspenssion and so on...

I'd like to see EFI on a CBR400RR.. could well be a potent mix with a fully set up bike.

i know it can be done... i was interested in getting a zzr1100 a few months ago and did some research on them.. some company makes a fuel injection system for the bike... i wonder if the system could be adapted...?

I think inner diameter of zzr1000 throttle bodies too big for CBR400RR. We need 32mm

I would love to see a new CBR400. There is a huge gap between sportsbikes such as the new Kwakasaki ninja 250 and 600's such as the cbr600. I would love to see what the performance of a modern 400 would be!!
