im after some gold calipers and dont really want to paint the ones i got and also i want greater stoping power so what calipers will fit? i have been told older fireblade nissin ones? and then a cbr600rr master cylinder? any ideas?

Can you V4 guys tell me which CBR9 calipers fit? ive some 1997 ones with new EBC pads that are sitting around.

none of them just bolt on - you need brackets.

The 1997 blade ones are the same as std RVF ones - pointy edges and a flat face.

You want the ones with a stepped face

There are no brackets available to bolt 900rr or rvf400 calipers to nc30's.

Gold 03-04 cbr600rr or SP1/2calipers fit on with Rick Oliver's caliper brackets. You'll need longer brake lines than standard also.

how much roughly am i looking at for these calipers n brakets?

i put some cbr600 rr (03) gold calipers on my rvf400 and they bolted straight on , combined with a brembo master cylinder they are now superb.calipers cost me £40 and cylinder cost me £85 best money i spent.....

Now then my antipodean brother ....you know they are the same fitment...just not any good....

They fit with the same brackets...but why would you!

Are you sure Mark? They have the same bolt spacing but foul the RO brackets... no go on nc30's my man!

u spent all that upgrading ur calipers and then kept the stock rubber lines???? thats abit backward innit?
