Fork Oil Quanitiy

Hi there
i'm changing my front fork seals and haven't got a Haynes so wondered if anybody know how much fork oil in milimeters you put in each leg?

As far as you ask such things - I do recommend to read Chapter 6 of Haynes Manual first...
