Building some NC35 race spec carbs

Right as the ram air setup on my NC is causing me some grief at the moment i want to build up some 35 carbs as a replacement to use should the ram air setup keep causing me trouble. I dont really want to run a completely stock setup, ie rubber flap, filter etc but more of a open carb setup.
At my dispossal i have,
some stock NC35 carbs
short velocity stacks
a TYGA carbon airbox
a HRC copy? Kevlar airbox with snout

The motor is RLR tuned with skimmed/flowed heads and modified inlet ports. The HRC setup is probably the best option but i dont really want to spend out £145 on the jet/needle kit so looking for peoples experiences on what works open carb wise on the 35 just as a baseline to get me started.

I run 130 mains, 4 short stacks, 1 extra washer, HRC slide springs and 1.5 turns out on the screws on my RVF carbs on no9.

There is no airbox - just the lower with 3 sheets of HRC foam held in with a sly application of gaffa tape. There is an HRC tray, no rubber flaps and the tank sides are not sealed. Just a couple bits of rubber tube halves to stop the edges grinding my frame (anymore than already!)

The motor is std, has upwards of 70k kms on it and prob needs the valves lapping in and some fettling...

I tried 135s - they were too rich.

The curve on the dyno is beautful...if a little weedy - but not for such an old engine I suppose. It is smooth and has no lumps, bumps, transitions or didgy business.

Ive seen the dyno graph mark, looks spot on.

I think maybe i could get away with 135 jets with the twin pipes. Theres also the CDI issue, currently runs a dynopro modified CDI that i guess is tunned to suit the ram air setup. Map could be saved if i can work it out and a new one loaded up, also got a standard CDI somewhere.

I run 138/142 mains, 4 short stacks, HRC J9MB needles(third column)front and rear+1 extra washer, Slow jet STD, HRC slide springs and 1.5 turns out on the screws

HRC airbox whit Dual density air filter foam
Full exhaust system
RO CDI ignitech

Ask RO for the needles and spring, nice price.
