Just wondered if anyone has cut down an end can before and would be willing to do mine

Easy mate, drill the rivets, cut too length, drill and rivet back together. Is it damaged then?

Not damaged, but think it would look nicer if it was shorter.. plus its running slightly rich and having a shorter pipe may sort it ;)

Managed to do it ok.. took about 5 hours in total.. main problem was putting it all back together after as after clamping the can in a vice bent it slightly. Bike does run slightly better with a bit more growl, I can almost hear the exhaust over the induction noise if I turn my head back ;)

Here are some before and after shots..

What do you think? Me likes..
