As per title, where do I get one of these little blighters??
Snapped the bolt off in the housing and had to warm it up with a blow torch to get it out, consequently melting the gasket

A drop of gasket sealer would maybe do in the meantime meaning the bike could still be run ?

It's a rubber O-Ring
You can get the proper honda one or a generic one from anywhere.
Or do you mean the the part that actually holds the thermostat? Can't recall if thats an O-Ring.

Oil seal, bearing and o ring wholesale stockists will keep them.
The stat housing is 21.2 x 2.4, but a 21 x 2.5 will work, grease it upon assembly .
The cover needs a 47.5 x 2, but a 47 x 2 will work.

Spot on dude :-)
If you want Honda ones...
Top / Bottom
O-RING,47.5X2 (1.95)
Side
O-RING 21.2X2.4 (1.40)
O-Rings
I have a few boxes of those O-rings knocking aroun, you usually find them at places like lidl etc for £5 or so, quite handy :-) Though some dont' have all the ones you need.
