VFR400R NC30 Restrictor Kit DIY

These are the Dimensions of the F.I. International Restrictor kit for and NC30
this is for my NC30 which is an 1989 Jap import but it says on the paperwork its for a 1991 onwards bike but it all works the same.
Mods can you make this a sticky please?

*NOTE* this is a blade type device of which 4 will need to be made and put into the inlet manifolds between the Carb and Cylinder head
